BUS SERVICE TO NEW MORNING SCHOOL

All students who reside in the Plymouth-Canton Community School district are eligible for free bus service to New Morning School.  Students in full day programs (kindergarten, elementary, or middle school) pick up the middle school bus at their neighborhood bus stop and ride the bus to the middle school.  (There is no bus service for preschool students.)  They then transfer to a bus carrying them to New Morning School.  

While bus service is available both to and from school, we encourage parents to use the morning bus service only.  In order to maintain their bus schedules, the afternoon PCCS bus must pick up New Morning School students before going to the public middle schools for student pickup.  This means that New Morning students riding the afternoon bus must leave before the end of the school day, causing them to miss lessons.  Parents may opt to send students on the morning bus and then use Kids' Club after-school care.  

Half-Day Kindergarten Bus

Many parents have enjoyed the use of the kindergarten bus, which provides door-to-door service to New Morning School.  The kindergarten student is picked up at his/her home and brought directly to New Morning School.  A New Morning School aide brings the students to the classroom.
